This notice explains what we collect when you write to us, why we collect it, where it goes, and how to ask us to delete it. If anything here is unclear, use our contact form to ask a question.
Who we are
Vibecreed is the commercial name of Babyfactory Ltd. For the information described below, the controller is Babyfactory Ltd, trading as Vibecreed. You can reach us about anything on this page through our contact form.
What we collect
We only receive what you choose to type into the contact form. That is:
- your name
- your email address
- your organisation, if you provide it
- the reason you selected for getting in touch
- your message
We do not ask for, and cannot offer, anything else through this form. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: handling your inquiry and replying to it. Depending on what you selected, that is an investor inquiry, a partnership or business inquiry, or a general question. We do not use this form for marketing, and we do not sell your information.
Where your message goes
Enquiries sent through the contact form are delivered privately to our team. The form is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which handles the request and routes the message to us. Cloudflare processes the request and the message as our service provider while doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any applicable record keeping obligations, and then we remove it.
Tracking and cookies
This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies, and we do not build a profile of you across the site. Your message is held only by our team once delivered, not in your browser.
One thing to be clear about: the security check on the contact page (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process security and browser data, and may set its own cookie, in order to tell people apart from automated abuse. That is security infrastructure, not tracking. The security check is part of the form we use to reply to you, so it runs only when you send a message.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time about a message you have sent, including to ask what we hold or to ask us to delete it. Use our contact form and we will act on the request.
